During the community meeting on Saturday, October 4, 2025, the Board of Directors highlighted their initiatives aimed at cost savings. Roof replacements authorized by the 2024 Board of Directors involved complete replacements, which included removing and installing new plywood roof decking. The roof of building 3 was replaced by the 2025 Board; however, multiple witnesses reported that the plywood was not replaced. Currently, the roof replacement for Building 6 is in progress, with witnesses noting that the dumpster contained only shingles and 1-2 pieces of plywood. A co-owner raised concerns during the meeting, and Pericles Chung, the board president, asserted that they had been complete replacements. He offered to provide photographic evidence upon request. Subsequently, a co-owner requested these photos, to which Peri responded with “mind your own business” (see below). As association members, we all contribute to community maintenance and repairs; therefore, it is everyone’s concern, especially since the board encouraged co-owners to get more involved.
