Bs Irrigation Rain Sensors

In September 2024 Bs irrigation installed irrigation system rain sensors throughout the Boulder Ridge community for $1800. They will pay for themselves in one year with reduced water bills. In a condo equivalent to Boulder Ridge they have saved over $5,000 in water bills just this season already.
