Priority Waste Garbage Pickup

  • Trash must be at the curb by 7 a.m. on Friday pick-up day (unless holiday)
  • No loose garbage–secure in tightly tied bags
  • Trash in lidded bins must be bagged securely
  • Recyclable items in clear plastic bags are NOT ACCEPTED; contact Priority for bins https://www.prioritywaste.com/
  • Place trash out THURSDAY EVENING after 6pm
  • Position trash cans and recycling bins with wheels facing your house and lids opening into the street. Label with your address, and retrieve Friday evening
  • Residents with open topped 18 gallon recycling totes should replace with a lidded bin
  • If your garbage is NOT picked up, you must collect and store until next garbage day to avoid fines
  • Please let management know if there is trash blowing around the community that requires attention

Holiday Garbage Delay

  • If your pickup day (Friday) falls on or after a holiday during the business week, services will be delayed by one day (Saturday). Please wait until Friday evenings to put out garbage.

FYI: officially recyclables must be in a bin.  If you leave boxes or even items in a clear plastic bag… if garbage pickup occurs before recycling pickup, its getting tossed in the trash and not recycled.  USE A RECYCLING BIN.
