Roof Replacements By Roof Advisors
❖Building 11 ($34,011) replaced April 2024
❖Buildings 1, 5, 10, 12, 13 were moved up ahead of schedule due to leaks (August / Fall 2024; $270,580)
❖Buildings 2, 7, 8, and 15 ($174K) were scheduled by the 2024 board and replaced in June/July 2025.

Our insurance has given Boulder Ridge until 2027 to complete the remaining roof replacements ($425K)
❖4 small buildings remain (Bldgs 3, 4, 14, 18)
❖4 large buildings remain (Bldgs 6, 9, 16, 17)

In April 2025 the insurance underwriter recommended replacement schedule:

• Spring 2026 – 14, 16, and then 4, 9, 17, or 18
• Spring 2027 – 4, 9, 17, 18 (one of these will be done in 2026)
• Spring 2028 – 3, 6 (“replaced” Sep/Oct 2025)
