Clean and Green Dryer Vent Experts cleaned the dryer vents in the Boulder Ridge Community from September 3-6, 2024, for a discounted price of $8,580 ($55/unit). They are fully insured and certified by the National Chimney Safety Institute. Dryer vent cleaning reduces the fire hazard from lint buildup, which is highly flammable. This was done from outside the units without requiring access to homes. Residents should check and clean the connection between their dryer and the wall, as it may have come loose during the cleaning process.

You may have received the notice below from Fresh Air Dryer Vent Cleaners. They have NEVER done dryer vent cleaning (or any other work) for Boulder Ridge. Vent Wizards has done the last two cleanings for our association, and has just completed the last cleaning in November.

Dryer Vent Cleaning
Dryer vents were cleaned Friday by Dryer Vent Wizards. They did not require access inside the home. All cleaning was done from outside the units. This will not only help to reduce the chance of fires, but will also improve the efficiency of the clothes dryers. Residents are urged to check and clean the connection between their dryer and the wall, as they could have been knocked loose during the cleaning process.
