A list was started at the 2024 Gazebo Social, but was never submitted or distributed. The 2025 Board has stated they do not have an active list yet, but will work on getting volunteers over the coming months, and hope to have a list to distribute in Spring 2026.

Driveway Court / Building Captain / Social Committee suggested duties

• Introduce yourself to the neighbors on your block/building.
• Welcome new neighbors in your area and encourage them to get involved with the association.
• Report to management company any building or community work orders needing attention (everyone is responsible, but captains can take lead by example)
• Encourage social activities with your neighbors by hosting a get-together, and asking others to do so as well
• Keep a contact directory for neighbors (name, cell, email, emergency contact name, number, relationship, Pet info, and keep information up to date as information changes.

Below are some of the things Block Captains are NOT responsible for: 

• Enforcement of bylaws/rules and regulations. Residents can report items to management company for appropriate action.

• General bad behavioral traits of residents within their block. If residents have an issue with a neighbor or someone on their block, they should either report issues to management company, confront the neighbor directly, or if the situation is getting out of hand, then the local law enforcement agency should be called. 

• Security issues within their block of responsibility. Any security issues (i.e., break-ins, thefts, vandalism, solicitors, unauthorized fishing, etc.) should be reported to the local law enforcement agency and management company.
