Security camera use is approved with modification request form. The field of view should be limited to your unit’s limited common element porch, patio, deck, walkway, garage, or driveway. Current recommendations include installing cameras from above pointing down. Cameras shall NOT be used or positioned in any way which may infringe on any other person’s reasonable expectation of privacy including monitoring general common elements or common areas.
