Dear Boulder Ridge Residents,
I’m pleased to share that the next phase of our roofing project is scheduled to begin this week. The tentative timeline, weather permitting, is as follows:
Building 2: Wednesday
Building 7: Friday
Building 8: Monday
Building 15: Next week
If your building is part of this phase or you share a court with one of these buildings, we appreciate your patience as the construction crews complete their work. Please be mindful that old roofing materials will be discarded from above, so we ask that you take extra precautions with children, pets, personal belongings, and vehicles. Roof Advisor will be placing lawn signs in the work areas with information on how to receive text updates. Thank you for your cooperation!
