Dear Boulder Ridge Residents,
I wanted to inform you that power washing of all buildings is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 12, weather permitting. To prepare, please consider moving any pots, decorations, or personal items from porches and balconies until the work is completed. Additionally, contractors will need access to a water spigot at each building. If you are home during the day, please consider volunteering to open your garage door to provide access. Since the association covers the water bill, this will come at no additional cost to you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
