Dear Boulder Ridge Residents, We hope this message finds you well. As a community, we strive to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for everyone to enjoy. However, we’ve received multiple reports of pet droppings being left in our common areas, which is creating unpleasant and unsanitary conditions for all. Please remember that it is every pet owner’s responsibility to promptly pick up after their pets. Failing to do so not only disrespects your neighbors but also poses health and safety risks. We have children running and playing in these spaces, and parents have expressed frustration over incidents where kids have stepped in pet waste. Additionally, our senior residents who enjoy walking in the community deserve to do so without encountering such hazards. Boulder Ridge will not tolerate this behavior. Any resident observed not cleaning up after their pet will receive a violation notice, and repeated offenses may lead to further action as outlined in our community guidelines. To help address this issue, we encourage all residents to report any violations you witness. If you see someone failing to pick up after their pet, please note details such as the time, location, and description of the individual or pet, and report it to the management office promptly. We’d also like to specifically ask for your assistance in identifying the owner responsible for leaving a green bag (presumably containing pet waste) in the common areas. If you have any information about this, please share it with us confidentially. Let’s work together to keep Boulder Ridge a welcoming place for everyone—young, old, and four-legged alike. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the management team.
Sincerely,
The Boulder Ridge Board of Directors
