Safe Grilling Practices: Avoid Fire Hazards
Please remember that community rules prohibit grills from being stored on or under balconies, covered porches, and patios due to fire hazards. Grills must be at least 10 feet away from buildings and must be monitored while in use. Fire pits are also prohibited on the property, as they are a fire hazard.
