The Gazebo at the Boulder Ridge entrance currently requires painting and maintainance, as it is part of our site plan.

To tear it down would likely require a community vote.

Previously a mold remediation company donated a bench to enhance the structure. The board also previously discussed getting a bench all around the interior to maximize seating occupancy.

Also, please email the board if you have any knowledge or evidence of recent vandalism of the stone walkway or wood structure.
