The Boulder Ridge community is now over 20 years old. According to Article VI Section 10 of the bylaws, access to co-owner units is sometimes needed for maintenance and repairs. Co-owners can also be liable for damage to neighboring units, so rapid access to your unit can save you money. Co-owners are encouraged to purchase garage door keypad openers to expedite access when your unit is unoccupied. In the past, there have been situations where windows and doors were broken for emergency access, resulting in costly repairs charged to the co-owner.
