Subject: Neighborhood Garage Sale – Save the Date!
Dear Boulder Ridge Neighbors,
Great news—the date has been set for our Community-Wide Garage Sale!
Saturday, September 13th
9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Optional Sunday extension for those who want to keep their sale open
Community garage sales always attract more shoppers than individual ones, and this
will be a fun opportunity to clear out unused items while connecting with neighbors.
The HOA Board will help by:

• Advertising the sale on local garage sale websites and social media
• Creating a simple neighborhood map of participating homes
• Posting signs at our entrances to draw traffic
• If you plan to participate, please let us know by Friday, September 5th so we can
  include your home on the neighborhood map.
  We’re excited to make this a fun and successful event for everyone. Let’s come
  together and show off the best of Boulder Ridge!
