Dear Boulder Ridge Residents, We are pleased to announce that Boulder Ridge has entered into a new pest control service agreement with CJB, effective immediately (this is separate from the mosquito and tick service). This decision comes after careful consideration of our previous pest control provider, Terminix, which has served our community since 2017. While Terminix offered affordable services, the quality of their service has been consistently poor. Additionally, we were charged for services during the winter months when pest control treatments were not needed, as spraying is unnecessary during this season. To address these concerns and ensure better accountability, we have transitioned to CJB for improved service quality and reliability. Moving forward, all contractors, including CJB, are required to check in when on-site. This mandatory requirement will help us monitor service visits and ensure that our community receives high-quality services.
