We are pleased to announce that Boulder Ridge has entered into a new service agreement with CJB Pest and Mosquito Control. This new agreement replaces our previous contract with Proof Pest Control. By partnering with CJB, we are thrilled to share that the community will benefit from an annual savings of $4,200, allowing us to maintain mosquito and tick pest control services while optimizing our budget. Thank you for your continued support as we work to keep Boulder Ridge a comfortable and pest-free environment.
