Dear Boulder Ridge Co-owner,  
Our management company has been selected by the Boulder Ridge Board of Directors to take over management of the Boulder Ridge Association beginning November 1, 2023.  Normally we would have a longer lead time before we take over management, but we are working with your Board and Premier Management to facilitate a quicker change.   Attached to this email is a letter that is being mailed out.  This has all the information you will need to set your payments.  If you already sent in your November payment don’t worry, this payment will either be applied to your account or forwarded to us if received after November 1.  You will be able to set up online payments on our website.  This should be available to do by Friday, November 27.   If you have any questions please feel free to contact our office at 586-737-7641.
